This vision is achieved through the excellent governance and management of the Johor Badminton Association.
To produce a pool of talented officials in umpiring and coaching, as well as high-quality players who can become valuable assets to Johor specifically, and to the nation as a whole. This mission is realised through competitions, technical programmes in umpiring, and coaching development initiatives under the Johor Badminton Association.
